Non-personal data is data generated by vehicles and other connected products and related services in connection with their use. Please note that we will only provide you with certain data in this way, in particular data that we store from your vehicle on our servers or data that is stored directly in your vehicle or other connected product and is accessible through its user interface.
We are unable to make sensor-specific data available to you that are not stored within the product or are only stored for a very short period of time. However, such data is only created for the purpose of the proper functioning of the product itself.

Government officials include regulatory authorities and public institutions that may request access to data in cases of exceptional need.

You have the right to refer any disputes that may arise in connection with your non-personal data to certified dispute resolution bodies.
You also have the right to file a complaint at any time with the competent authority, which in the Czech Republic is Český telekomunikační úřad, Sokolovská 58/219, 19000 Praha 9. This authority will then settle your complaint without undue delay and decide whether and under what conditions the data disclosure should be initiated or renewed.
