Terms and conditions

1. The promoter of this contest is Škoda Ireland, whose registered office is located at Block C Liffey Valley Office Campus Liffey Valley, Dublin 22, D22 CF60.
2. The contest is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Škoda Ireland and their close relatives, as well as anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the contest.
3. By participating in this contest, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. To enter the contest, the entrant must fulfill all the following requirements: a. Answer all three questions asked in the captions of the contest post correctly. The entrant must provide clear and accurate answers within the comments section of the post. b. Like the contest post. c. Follow @Škodaireland and @welovecyclingirl on Instagram. d. The entrant must have a public Instagram account. e. The entrant must be comfortable with their Instagram handle being shown on Škoda Ireland's social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram stories or posts.
5. The contest period will be clearly stated in the contest post. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for participation.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. The winner will be selected randomly from the list of eligible entrants who have fulfilled all the requirements. The selection process will be overseen by Škoda Ireland or its appointed representatives.
8. The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram direct message (DM) to organize the delivery of the prize. If the winner does not respond within seven days of being notified, Škoda Ireland reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. The winner's name may be announced on @Škodaireland and @welovecyclingirl Instagram accounts and may also be used for promotional purposes.
10. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
11. Škoda Ireland reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
12. Škoda Ireland is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
13. By participating in this contest, the entrant agrees to the use of their personal data in accordance with Škoda Ireland's Privacy Policy.
14. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, the entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from this contest.
15. The decision of Škoda Ireland regarding any aspect of the contest is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
