Terms and conditions

1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Škoda Ireland, a part of Volkswagen Group Ireland Ltd, with the prize collection facilitated by Automotive Team Sandyford, located at 86 Furze Rd, Sandyford Business Park, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18 W1W7.
2. Eligibility: The competition is open only to residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 and over. Employees of Škoda Ireland, Volkswagen Group Ireland Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period: Entries will be accepted from the date of the competition announcement until midnight on 17th November 2023.
4. Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must: Follow @skodaireland on Instagram. Like the competition post. Tag two friends in the comments of the competition post. Share the competition post in their Instagram stories. Ensure that their Instagram profile is public.
5. Prizes: The 1st prize winner will receive one (1) used TentBox Cargo rooftent with a ladder, one (1) used Thule roof bar, and one (1) used awning. The 2nd prize winner will receive one (1) used TentBox Cargo rooftent with a ladder and one (1) used Thule roof bar. The Thule roof bar may not fit all car models, and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure compatibility or find a suitable alternative. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.  
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Two winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator appointed by Škoda Ireland. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five days of the draw and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
7. Prize Collection: Prizes must be collected in person from Automotive Team Sandyford on 20th November 2023. Failure to collect the prize on the specified date will result in forfeiture.
8. General Terms: By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Škoda Ireland reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
9. Data Protection: By participating in this competition, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Škoda Ireland for the purposes of the administration of this competition.
10. Governing Law: This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
11. Social Media Platform: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta). By entering this competition, you understand that you are providing your information to Škoda Ireland and not to Instagram (Meta).
12. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
