The all-new Škoda Enyaq Coupé iV is fitted with an infotainment system with a 13” display complemented by a touch-slider. The slider can be used to change the music volume, zoom in and out of the navigation map, or change the air-conditioning temperature. Some functions can also be controlled with gestures. SmartLink enables smartphone apps to be used and controlled via the infotainment system display. Bluetooth and a Wi-Fi hotspot connect the car to a phone. The infotainment system also comes with DAB, 2 × USB-C, and 8 speakers as standard.

Online Škoda Connect clusters together a set of online services, including software updates and services specific to electric vehicles. Škoda Connect services are divided into two basic packages: Infotainment Online and Care Connect.

Infotainment Online services help the driver by providing a host of useful functions such as Online Traffic Information and Parking Spaces.

Care Connect services are divided into the Proactive Service, which helps drivers to maintain their vehicle with features such as Service Scheduling and Automatic Accident Notification, and Remote Access, which contains a wealth of useful vehicle information and other handy features that can also be used via a mobile app. Remote Access features include, for example, Vehicle Status and Parking Position. A third component of Care Connect services is iV Remote Services, which are the subject of the next slide.

The Enyaq Coupé iV also features Škoda Connect services specific to Škoda electric or plug-in hybrid cars.

With Remote Charging, you can check your car’s state of charge or start charging from the comfort of your living room. Climate Control helps you to heat or cool the interior of the car before you get in. With Departure Planner, the vehicle “wakes up” in good time to start the pre-climatisation process ahead of a planned departure time so that the interior reaches the driver’s preferred interior temperature.

With the Laura voice assistant, your car will be hanging on to your every word to do your bidding. Curt orders are consigned to the past. Now you can control the car with Laura, an assistant who understands normal speech. Laura will help you to control the navigation, media, infotainment, air-conditioning and text messages, while letting you concentrate more fully on the driving.
