The new Fabia Combi has several new safety elements. The obvious passive features include Driver and Passenger Airbags across the range while the Sport and Elegance models have curtain airbags as standard. All Fabia Combi versions have side airbags for protection against side impacts. For families with young children who would like to mount a baby chair (rear facing) in the front passenger seat we have installed a feature that will allow you to temporarily disable the front passenger airbag. For children in the rear - all rear seats in the Škoda model range are prepared for mounting children’s seats using the ISOFIX fitting system.

We have even gone as far as considering the safety of people in our community. The Front bonnet and the front bumper have been designed in such a way as to limit injuries to pedestrians upon impact.

The driver is often oblivious to the active safety features that are continuously monitoring every driving situation. The various features include  Anti- Wheel Spin Regulation System (ASR) better known as Traction Control, Electronic Differential Lock (EDS), which can be combined with Electronic Stability Program (ESP)*, Dual Rate Brake Assistant and Tyre Pressure Monitoring system (TPM)* All these features work harmoniously with the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
