Our engine range includes three petrol and three Diesel engine versions, ranging in performance output from 44 kW (60bhp) to 77 kW (105bhp)
The 1.2 12V/51 kW (70bhp) engine provides the Fabia with optimum power and dynamics. Drivers who prefer superior performance may choose the 1.6 77 kW (105bhp) engine

The pick of the Diesel engines are the ultra economical 1.4TDI Engines. The 59kW (80bhp) version achieves  the lowest possible Co2 Band-A Road Tax. Also available is a performance 1.9TDI producing 105bhp (77kW) 

All engines are combined with one of two types of manual five-speed gearboxes.

Both are distinctive, with a short and precise easy gear shift.

The automatic transmission, designed for the petrol 1.6 16V/77 kW (105bhp) has six gears with a Tiptronic manual gear changing feature.
