Students Application Form and Learning Agreement

This form has to be filled in by students from partner universities who wish to study in Škoda Auto University. It is possible to change the Learning Agreement in the first two weeks of the semester only if there is misunderstanding or cancellations of courses.

 Photocopy of your Insurance Card

 Passport Photo (please attach to Application Form)

The application must be submitted first as scanned documents and sent by email until 31st May. The original signed documents should be sent to the following address:
